No Loitering After School (IN! pg 7)
Q1) Why Coral Secondary School forbids students to idle around near their school in their school uniform?
-The school responded to the comment that the Coral Secondary places much emphasis on inculcating in their students good habits like using time prudently.
Q2) Do you agree with this rule? Explain your answer.
-I don't really agree with this rule as it is too strict. Some students' parents have to work and would not have the time to cook for them or prepare their lunch when the students came home from school. And so they would need to go to the nearby mall to buy something back home to eat or even eat there. But the rule states that students going to the nearby mall, no matter to buy things or eat will need to change down to their home clothes before going or the teachers whom are deploys to patrol the shopping mall and neighboring areas after school. If we go home and change before going to the mall, it will be a waste of time. And worse still, what if some students h ave a lot of homework that day and exams are coming, won't they be doing and revising homework until midnight? In this case, the school is adding more stress to the students and some students might not be able to take it which might make them ill, thus unable to go for school and missed out the lessons. The school should not be so strict as it might cause their students many problems.

- The teenagers were trying to find their way out of the forest after taking a walk in the McRitchie Reservoir to see the monkeys after drinking at VivoCity, but wandered onto the golfclub.
Q2) Is underage drinking correct? Explain your answer.
- No. As underage means you are still to young to drink. Teenagers ofter drinks for leisure but they do not know the consequences after getting themselves drunk. After getting drunk, your conscience would not be clear and will not know what have you been doing. They also do not know the limit once they started drinking as drinking makes them high and they would not want to stop drinking. Not only so, if you get caught drinking, you may get fines.
